• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional, and hospitable attitude.
• Efficiently manage restaurant reservations and seating arrangements.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure a seamless dining flow.
• Assist with special guest requests and specific dietary requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues professionally and in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on all menu items, daily specials, and promotional events.
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and service regulations.

• Secondary school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to high standards.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy for handling reservations and POS systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move throughout the venue.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a distinct advantage.
