Telecommunications Agent (AYS)

• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding audio and video systems via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AVS products and services.
• Explain complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Process orders, upgrades, and account changes with high accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications products and industry trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest and customer experience.
• Document all interactions and technical solutions within the CRM system.
• Strive to achieve and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve technical and service skills.

• Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Prior experience in customer service or telecommunications support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in operating telecommunications systems and audio-video equipment.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills for AVS hardware and software.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for assisting others.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and accurate data entry.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
