Graphic Designer cum Content Creator

1. Graphic Design & Visual Execution

Design and produce marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, menus, flash pieces, electronic brochures, presentations, and video content.

Develop design layouts, computer graphics, and visual adaptations based on approved brand templates and creative direction, to support marketing and internal communications.

Create and execute visual designs based on approved concepts, brand direction, and campaign needs.

Ensure all designs reflect the correct brand look and feel for both Banyan Tree and Angsana.

Update, revise, and adapt print and digital materials accurately and on time.

2. Content Creation

Create visual content for marketing and communication purposes, including images, layouts, and short-form videos.

Edit photos and videos, including retouching, image adjustment, layout formatting, and simple visual effects.

Capture photos and visual content at the resort to support daily content, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling.

Stay aware of design and content trends and share relevant references with the Marketing team.

3. Collaboration & Project Coordination

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and relevant departments to understand requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.

Coordinate with operational teams to support promotions, events, and internal communication materials.

Monitor assigned projects and provide clear updates on progress, timelines, and revisions.

Respond to feedback constructively and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and standards.

4. Production, Content & Asset Management

Maintain a clear and well-organized system for all design files, images, videos, and content assets, ensuring files are updated, accurate, and easy to access.

Manage image and content updates across marketing materials, social media, and internal communications, ensuring consistency and correctness.

Manage and organize design files, assets, and content folders.

Coordinate directly with printers and production suppliers for design-related materials, including file preparation, print specifications, revisions, and timelines.

Track assigned design and content tasks and communicate status updates clearly to the MarCom Manager and relevant team members.

Prepare final artwork files for print and digital use and resolve design or production issues when they arise.

Support other marketing tasks when required

5. Teamwork & Professional Communication

Communicate clearly and proactively regarding timelines, progress, and revisions.

Make revisions and updates based on feedback in a timely manner.

Be open to feedback and continuously improve work quality and efficiency.

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or visual content creation.
• Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Basic video editing is a plus.
• Ability to use a camera and photography knowledge for content creation is an advantage.
• Good visual sense: layout, color, typography, and image selection.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries is a plus.
