Quality & Sustainability Manager

• Develop and maintain quality management systems to ensure consistent product and service quality
• Lead sustainability initiatives and programs to reduce environmental impact and promote responsible business practices
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards
• Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and sustainability performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects
• Stay up-to-date with relevant environmental regulations and industry best practices
• Train and educate employees on quality and sustainability policies and procedures
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including certification bodies and regulatory agencies
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality and sustainability
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures through sustainable practices and quality improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality management or sustainability roles
• Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems
• Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
• Experience with environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Relevant certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or LEED AP are preferred
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus
