E-Commerce Manager (Phu Quoc Based)

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience
• Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement
• Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions
• Oversee inventory management, working closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfilment
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
• Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Stay abreast of emerging e-commerce technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new solutions as appropriate
• Manage relationships with key partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure optimal performance and value
• Ensure compliance with relevant e-commerce regulations and best practices in the Vietnamese market

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of e-commerce management experience with a proven growth track record.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media principles.
• Proficient in data analytics, reporting, and e-commerce platform management (CMS).
• Experienced in inventory management and supply chain logistics.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills; Vietnamese and local market knowledge is a plus.
• Highly proficient in MS Office and specialized e-commerce tools.
