Assistant MarCom Manager (Phu Quoc Based)

• Support the MarCom strategy and marketing campaigns in line with Rixos and Accor brand standards.
• Coordinate content, social media, PR, events and promotional activities.
• Develop engaging content and storytelling for the resort and destination.
• Work with internal departments, agencies, media, influencers and external partners.
• Support photo/video production and marketing material development.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and campaign performance.
• Prepare marketing reports and support budget management.
• Ensure all communications are consistent with brand guidelines.
• Support pre-opening marketing activities and resort launches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Hospitality or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in MarCom, digital marketing, PR or related roles, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication, content creation and storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good command of English.
• Pre-opening hotel/resort experience is an advantag
