Mô tả công việc

Welcome and engage guests professionally: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their seats, and create a personalized and memorable Club Lounge experience.
Prepare and serve food & beverages according to standards: Ensure all food and beverage items are served promptly, correctly, and in line with resort service standards and etiquette.
Maintain Club Lounge presentation and cleanliness: Set up, replenish, and clear tables, ensuring the Club Lounge is always clean, organized, and fully prepared for service.
Handle guest requests and provide exceptional service: Respond promptly to guest needs, resolve concerns professionally, and communicate feedback to supervisors when necessary.
Support daily operations and teamwork: Follow service procedures, assist colleagues when needed, attend trainings, and ensure smooth shift handover and operational readiness.

Quyền lợi được hưởng

100% salary and service charge during the 2-month probation period, to be paid after successfully passing the probation period (average SVC in 2025: 5.5 million VND per month, July 2025: 7.5 mil, Aug 2025: 8.3 mil).
Annual leave from 14 days, 2 day off per week
