The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, consistent service standards, and alignment with the company’s core values.
The Assistant Manager – Front Operations focuses on guest-facing activities, including reception, customer service, sales performance, partnerships, and on-site activities.
The role ensures a high-quality guest experience, supports revenue generation, and builds strong relationships with guests and external partners, while working closely with the Back Operations team to maintain smooth daily operations.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and capability; ranging from VND 10–20 million/month, with progressive increases according to performance and seniority.

Yêu cầu công việc
A. Must-have
Minimum 1 year of experience in a hostel, hotel, F&B, or service-oriented environment.
Strong spoken English with the ability to confidently communicate with international guests.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Experience using PMS and OTA systems (Cloudbeds, Hostelworld, Booking, Agoda, etc.).
Ability to handle guest complaints and service issues calmly and professionally.
Comfortable interacting with guests, partners, and frontline staff.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
B. Nice to Have
Experience in in-house sales or upselling tours, bar, and hostel services.
Experience in leading a team, or grouping more than 5 people for 1 year is a plus point.
Existing network with local tour operators, transport providers, bars, or hostels.
Experience organizing social activities or events.
Strong understanding of international traveler behavior and expectations.
