Mô tả công việc

Supervise daily engineering operations to ensure all equipment, facilities, and systems function efficiently and safely.
Assign and monitor maintenance tasks for technicians, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Inspect and maintain key systems including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and other technical equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs and minimize service disruption.
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and plant rooms to ensure proper maintenance standards.
Monitor contractor work and ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and technical reports.
Support implementation of energy-saving initiatives and cost control measures.
Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations and fire prevention procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel/resort engineering; supervisory experience preferred.
Good knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
Strong problem-solving and team supervision skills.
Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to handle emergency situations.
Willing to work shifts when required.
