Mô tả công việc
- Reconcile Opera Guest Journal with the Manager Flash Report (4 main revenue categories).
- Đối chiếu báo cáo Journal Opera và Manager Flash (4 đầu doanh thu)
- Import/Transfer revenue data from Opera PMS to Sunsystems (Accounting Software).
- Kéo dữ liệu doanh thu từ opera sang phần mềm Sunsystem
- Troubleshoot and resolve data transfer errors (interface issues) if any.
- Xử lý lỗi kéo doanh thu nếu có
- Prepare Daily Revenue Reports (DRR) for management review.
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo doanh thu hàng ngày để phục vụ quản trị
- Audit invoice issuance to ensure all bills are invoiced. Resolve any invoice-related issues.
- Đối soát, kiểm tra hóa đơn được xuất đầy đủ.
- Xử lý vấn đề liên quan đến hóa đơn nếu có.
- --> Và các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng Bộ phận.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a hotel or multi-revenue service environment (Rooms, F&B, Spa, etc.)
- Good understanding of revenue control procedures, reconciliation processes, and basic accounting principles
- Familiar with PMS/POS systems and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
- Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible
- Good communication and coordination skills with related departments (Front Office, F&B, Spa, IT, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel and standard office applications
- Ability to read and understand professional English is an advantage
