1. Operations: Enforce SOP, manage inventory, and provide sales/performance reports.

2. HR & Leadership: Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for staffs.

3. Brand Growth: Support seasonal promotions, collaborations

4. Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with a diverse, international clientele and coordinate between ownership and staff.

5. Educational Mindset: Ability to conduct staff training on service etiquette, product knowledge, and hygiene.

6. Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards, handle customer feedback.

7. Drink & Dessert Prep: Preparing high-quality coffee and plating desserts with care.
