Mô tả công việc

Ensure smooth operation of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, General Cashier and General Ledger functions. Review of cash flow and bank account activity.
Review of Accounts Payable supporting documentation to ensure proper coding and completeness prior to inputting by the Accounts Payable Clerk.
Review General Cashier's report and daily bank deposit; investigate any irregularities.
POS reports (revenue, voided) for accounting purposes.
Prepare and update some related month-end closing general ledgers into VAS for reporting process.

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 3 years of related work experience
Good English Skill
Bachelor's degree or Diploma from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting or Relevant Majors.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and experience with hotel systems such as POS, Opera, Sun, SCM, etc.
