Mô tả công việc
- Ensure smooth operation of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, General Cashier and General Ledger functions. Review of cash flow and bank account activity.
- Review of Accounts Payable supporting documentation to ensure proper coding and completeness prior to inputting by the Accounts Payable Clerk.
- Review General Cashier's report and daily bank deposit; investigate any irregularities.
- POS reports (revenue, voided) for accounting purposes.
- Prepare and update some related month-end closing general ledgers into VAS for reporting process.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Good English Skill
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting or Relevant Majors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and experience with hotel systems such as POS, Opera, Sun, SCM, etc.
