GENERAL MISSION
- Responsible for the overall planning, organization and supervision of all administrative and operational activities in the bars.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
- To performs his duties within the framework defined by Director of F&B, the hotel’s Policies & Procedures and following the country’s laws and regulations in coordination with the Director of F&B and the various Outlet Managers.
- To assist the Bar Manager and F&B Manager in ensuring that all company and hotel policies & procedures and minimum standards are being properly set and adhered too.
- To assist the Bar Manager in monitoring service and F&B standard.
- To work closely with the outlet Managers and to take corrective action when necessary.
- To carry on special projects assigned by the Bar Manager.
- To assist in management of outlets & banquet when necessary.
- To keep an updated monthly attendance sheet of all Outlets Managers, Assistant Outlet Managers and other F&B department heads.
- To check each F&B departmental employees schedule and make necessary changes according to the volume of business.
- To personally and frequently verify that guests in outlets are receiving the best possible service.
- To spend time in the various outlets during peak periods to ensure that the operation is managed well by his outlet team. Ensure that the greeting standards in all bars.
- To frequently verify that only fresh products are used in the bar.
- Check the quality, presentation of food and beverage served at the bar.
- To ensure that special set up (promotions etc.) be installed in the various point of sales in due time and according to pre-established specifications

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 2-3 years in a bar environment, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft cocktails.
- Proficiency in mixology, garnishing, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Excellent in English language
- Good communication skills
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to train/lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
