Mô tả công việc

Manage and handle booking requests from the B2B system, ensuring timely and accurate responses to agents via email or WhatsApp, including accommodation and related services

Monitor room availability and confirm bookings promptly to agents

Oversee and handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently

Supervise daily reservation operations and ensure service quality standards are maintained

Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery

Support and guide team members when necessary

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Reservation Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position (Reservation Supervisor/Agent)

Good knowledge of the Russian inbound tourism market is preferred

Good command of English; Russian language skills are a strong advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
