Mô tả công việc

Supervise Reservations Agents and ensure quality handling of bookings, inquiries, and guest communication.
Ensure accurate reservation processing in PMS, including inventory, rates, and availability.
Handle VIP bookings, complex requests, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
Support revenue optimization through monitoring booking pace and upselling opportunities.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Front Office, Revenue, and other departments for smooth operations.

Yêu cầu công việc

3–5 years of experience in reservations/front office, including supervisory experience.
Experience in luxury hotels/resorts; pre-opening experience is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and reservation systems; good Excel skills.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
