Outlet Supervisor

• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations in line with brand standards and SOPs.
• Supervise team performance, assign duties, and provide ongoing training and coaching.
• Maintain high service quality, cleanliness, and organization in both front and back of house.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Beverage, Housekeeping, and Stewarding teams for seamless operations.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies; support stock control and cost management.
• Support scheduling, daily briefings, and operational reporting (logbook, incidents, maintenance).
• Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and achieving financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HACCP, health, safety, and quality standards.

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality with 3–4 years’ experience in a 4–5 star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, HACCP, and service standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
• Strong communication, guest service, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Committed to quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and accountability.
