Kids Club Supervisor

• Supervise daily operations of the Rixy Club and ensure high levels of guest and child satisfaction.
• Support the Team Leader and manage Kids Club attendants, including training and scheduling.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of all Kids Club areas and equipment.
• Manage guest interactions, registrations, and handle feedback or concerns professionally.
• Plan and deliver engaging, safe activities for children while maintaining compliance with policies.

• Relevant experience in Kids Club, childcare, or hospitality operations; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of child safety standards; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, caring, and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
