1. Position Summary / Tóm tắt công việc

- Lead and support daily Spa operations, performing multiple tasks while guiding and directing staff.

- Support training, task assignment and maintain a professional working environment.

Hỗ trợ đào tạo, phân công công việc và duy trì môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp.

- Ensure revenue achievement, operational standards and brand compliance.

Đảm bảo doanh thu, tiêu chuẩn vận hành và tuân thủ quy trình thương hiệu.

- Communicate and report effectively with Spa Manager on all operational aspects.

2. Key Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính

• - Supervise daily Spa operations, ensuring service quality, cleanliness, proper set-up and adherence to SOPs.
• Giám sát vận hành hằng ngày của Spa, đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ, vệ sinh, set-up đúng chuẩn và tuân thủ SOP.

- Support staff scheduling, task assignment, training, performance monitoring, and maintaining professional work standards.

Hỗ trợ phân ca, giao việc, đào tạo, theo dõi hiệu suất và duy trì tác phong chuyên nghiệp.

- Support upselling, promote Spa services and retail products, execute promotional campaigns, and ensure customer feedback is used for improvements and corrective actions.

Hỗ trợ bán dịch vụ/sản phẩm, triển khai chương trình quảng bá, và sử dụng phản hồi khách để cải tiến chất lượng.

- Handle guest feedback, ensure smooth service flow, and promote upselling of treatments and products.

Xử lý phản hồi khách, đảm bảo quy trình phục vụ trôi chảy và thúc đẩy bán dịch vụ/sản phẩm.

- Support monitoring of bookings, membership, revenue targets and budget variances to maximize sales and operational efficiency.

Theo dõi booking, thẻ thành viên, doanh thu và ngân sách nhằm tối ưu kết quả kinh doanh.

- Ensure equipment is well-maintained, coordinate with engineering/contractors, and uphold environmentally friendly practices.

Đảm bảo thiết bị được bảo trì tốt, phối hợp với kỹ thuật/nhà thầu và áp dụng các hoạt động thân thiện môi trường.

- Monitor stock levels, usage, and coordinate purchasing requests as needed.

Theo dõi tồn kho, kiểm soát tiêu hao và phối hợp đề xuất mua hàng khi cần.

- Maintain accurate incident logs, ensure proper staging of Spa areas, support service consistency through guest profiles, and perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Ghi nhận sự cố, đảm bảo trưng bày Spa đúng chuẩn, sử dụng hồ sơ khách để duy trì dịch vụ nhất quán và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

• 100% salary during probation period / 100% lương trong thời gian thử việc

- Intermediate level or above with knowledge of Spa treatments, products, and service standards.

Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên với hiểu biết về trị liệu, sản phẩm và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ Spa.

- Languages Skill: Vietnamese & English: Good (spoken)

Kỹ năng ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Việt và Tiếng Anh: Tốt (nói)

- Strong leadership, problem-solving and customer service mindset.

Có khả năng lãnh đạo, giải quyết vấn đề và tư duy phục vụ.

- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and under high pressure.

Có thể làm việc theo ca, cuối tuần và trong môi trường áp lực cao.

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Spa booking system).

Biết sử dụng máy tính cơ bản (MS Office, hệ thống Spa).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Spa operations or similar role.

Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong Spa hoặc vị trí tương đương.
