Mô tả công việc

Prepare timekeeping for all Housekeeping Staff
Support Supervisor in arranging staff’s schedule to meet hotel requirements
Follow up on department schedule and inform staff immediately if any change
To ensure all floor key cards and storage keys (metal keys) belong HK Department in charge
Issued/Received floor and public area keys and make sure that the issuance/return control logbook is signed by the concerned person
Receive and record all coming and outgoing calls in the logbook
Pass on all information to the concerned person or department to meet the customer’s needs well
Be responsible for ensuring lost and found items are tagged and stored systematically
Keep and store all lost and found in the right place. All valuable items must be kept safe
Cooperate with related departments to handle all lost and found items according to hotel policy & procedure
Support storekeeper in inventorying amenities monthly to ensure supplies are at the desired par
To inventory all office stationery monthly
Prepare all purchase requests that need to be approved
To send all guest service bills to the Front Office(lost and broken form)
To take notes, statistical tables, and prepare reports as required
Keep files and records in good order
Responsible for the office cleanliness and office equipment
Join in all training courses to improve your professional skill
Join in all department meetings, proactively proposing solutions to improve work efficiency
To do other tasks as required
To have a complete understanding and adhere to the hotel and housekeeping department rules and regulations
To provide a friendly and professional service at all times
To answer the telephone promptly and correctly to the hotel standards
Good knowledge in handling guest request
Maintaining records related to day to day operation of housekeeping
Make relevant room status changes on the software as per the instruction given by the floor supervisor
Changing the room status from vacant dirty to vacant clean and changing the room status as Supervisor requirement
Coordinate with engineering department for room maintenance issues
Give proper handover to the next shift and mention all responsibilities in detail to next shift before leaving
Prepare the room discrepancy list for Front Office
Follow up with the concerned department in case of guest request/complaint
Handling with flower order
To report any problems to the executive housekeeper immediately
To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned to meet business demands and guest service needs
Perform other duties which are assigned by the Hotel Management from time to time

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills of write and Speak
Have good computer knowledge.
English communicate skill
