Sales Manager- ASIA Market Korea or/and Chinese (Phu Quoc Based)

• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and retention
• Identify new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, and events
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and service delivery
• Conduct client visits, site inspections, and property tours
• Manage and update CRM data with timely follow-ups
• Represent the property at trade shows and sales activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Target-driven and self-motivated with proven sales results
• Knowledge of Korean and/or Chinese market is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Korean/Chinese) preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
• Professional, customer-focused mindset
