Mô tả công việc

Oversee operation and maintenance of all hotel technical systems
Ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective Engineering operations
Implement preventive maintenance and resolve issues promptly
Supervise repairs and manage spare parts and inventory
Support budgeting, CAPEX, and cost control
Ensure compliance with safety, ISO standards, and legal requirements
Maintain records and monitor energy efficiency
Train team members and support overall hotel operations

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (5-star hotel preferred)
Strong technical knowledge of building systems
Understanding of safety, compliance, and maintenance practices
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
