Accounts Receivable

• Manage and control all accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Verify purchase orders, receiving records, invoices, and credit notes
• Prepare payment vouchers, cheques, and supporting documentation
• Reconcile supplier statements with accounts payable records
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date AP files and documentation
• Process invoices (including F&B) and support month-end closing procedures
• Monitor expenses and prepare reports as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and financial standards
• Coordinate with internal departments and Corporate Finance
• Support audits and ensure proper financial controls
• Maintain effective communication and teamwork within the department

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (5-star hotel preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial controls
• Good understanding of accounting systems and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Computer proficiency (Excel and accounting systems)
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
