Mô tả công việc
- In charge of selling banquets, MICE, negotiating contracts, and dealing with suppliers and clients for bookings and online guest bookings (birthday, anniversary, etc.).
- Identifies market needs and trends.
- Prepare daily and monthly event sales reports (business negotiating, business confirmed, and business lost; always be aware of the reason for losing business in order to improve for further business opportunities).
- Solicit maximum business from market segments as assigned by the Director of Sales/General Manager when required.
- Achieving a target MICE and banquet revenue.
- Follow up to answer questions, address concerns, and secure commitments through signed contracts.
- Meet with guests to show facilities, develop menus, and offer other services such as audio/visual entertainment.
- Follow up after the event to make sure everyone had a great time and to ask about future bookings.
- To identify business potential and keep close contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls, and correspondences in view of contract signing (especially in corporate, commercial, and MICE segments).
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing camping for the event.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by the Director of Sales/Board of Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least Bachelor degree in any field
• At least 2 year experience in sales
• Strong inter-personal skills, proficiency in English communication and computer literate
• Strong in driving results, overall sales skills, effective telephone communication skills
• Understanding and achievement of team and individual goals
• Understanding of need time strategy as developed by revenue management
• Familiarity and knowledge of all departments within the hotel
