Mô tả công việc

* Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all villas, and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards
* Manage room inventory status and coordinate closely with Front Office for smooth check-in/check-out flow
* Lead, train, and supervise housekeeping team, including room attendants, public area attendants, and supervisors
* Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to maintain quality and consistency
* Develop and implement cleaning schedules, deep cleaning plans, and preventive maintenance coordination
* Control housekeeping budgets, including labor cost, linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
* Ensure proper stock management of linen, uniforms, and guest supplies with accurate inventory tracking
* Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally
* Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines
* Drive upselling opportunities (e.g., room decorations, special amenities) to enhance guest experience and generate additional revenue

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
02 years experience in an administrative role supporting the hotel management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications.
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and trust.
Highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks.
Exceptional planning, organization and execution skills - able to manage complex projects and thrive on solving logistical challenges.
