MICE Specialist

Job Summary

Crystal Bay Tour Vietnam is seeking a dynamic and experienced MICE Specialist to join our Central Office in Nha Trang. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing MICE programs across Vietnam, ensuring high-quality service delivery for international clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage MICE programs (meetings, incentives, conferences, and events) across key destinations including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and resort destinations (Phu Quoc, Da Nang, Nha Trang)

• Coordinate with hotels, venues, transport providers, and local suppliers to ensure smooth event execution

• Develop detailed event proposals, itineraries, and costings in line with company standards

• Manage on-site operations when required, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction

• Communicate effectively with international offices, partners, and clients

• Negotiate rates and conditions with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency

• Work closely with internal departments (sales, contracting, operations) to align MICE activities with overall business strategy

• Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MICE operations, event management, or DMC environment

• Strong knowledge of Vietnam MICE destinations, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and key resort areas

• Good understanding of MICE hotels, venues, and supplier networks

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines

• Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)

• Russian language is a strong advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Willingness to travel when required

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with international markets (CIS, Europe, or Asia)

• Background in tourism, hospitality, or event management

• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
