Mô tả công việc
- In charge of Hot kitchen’s operation and team
- Ensuring food quality and consistency
- Managing food portioning, serving, requisitions, and receiving from stores to minimize wastage.
- Maintaining personal hygiene and enforcing high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Ordering and managing inventory, ensuring all items are utilized completely to avoid wastage.
- Assisting with menu planning and development, and training junior chefs.
- Operating and maintaining department equipment.
- Ensuring effective communication between staff and maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
- Ensuring that all aspects of food preparation and presentation are handled with the highest standards of quality and efficiency

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree or certificate (or equivalent) in relevant field (Kitchen).
- Minimum 3 year of experience in similar role in Hotel 5 stars or international brands.
- English communication
- Supervisory skills
- Can work in shift (morning shift or afternoon shift).
