[BANYAN] F&B_Bartender Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
• Prepare and serve beverages (cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks) with consistency in quality and presentation.
• Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization are maintained at all times.
• Monitor stock levels, control inventory, and minimize wastage.
• Assist in ordering supplies and managing bar cost control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate bartenders and bar team members to maintain service excellence.
• Handle guest inquiries, preferences, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage trends, promotions, and menu offerings.
• Ensure accurate billing, cashiering, and reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with F&B Service and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Well-organized with attention to detail
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours when required

• 1–3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
• Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
• Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
