[NOVOTEL PHU QUOC RESORT] Financial Controller - Trưởng Quản lý Tài chính

• Assist all concerned department / executive office and supervise daily accounting operations

• Supervise the personnel management in the Accounting department

• Responsible for financial and monthly management of accounts - budgets, forecasts, business plans, secretarial duties, insurance, fixed assets and operating equipment.
• Responsible for general management of accounting/costing & storekeeping/purchasing and night auditing staff members.

• Control cash at the bank and ensuring that banking is done daily, and all bank accounts reconciled monthly basis.

• Ensure Profit & Loss report is ready on time for presentation to the General Manager

• Prepare and update the yearly budget on a regular basis - Ensuring that internal control procedures policies are effectively implemented, and followed with coordination

• Well versed about Vietnam Accounting & Tax System.

• Very Good Communication in English (04 skills).

• Sun System familiar is a must.

• Experience in Accor Hotels Group is a plus.
