Mô tả công việc

Assist Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns while overseeing team activities and performance.
Assist Marketing Manager in daily operations of the department.
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote brands and services, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand image.
Conduct market surveys, competitor analysis, customer segmentation to identify trends, target markets, and opportunities.
Create, edit, and manage marketing content across channels including social media, email, and digital advertising; oversee design and publication of promotional materials.
Maintain relationships with management, colleagues, guests, third-party agencies,... to execute marketing strategies effectively.
Prepare reports and marketing metrics; provide insights to improve future campaigns.
Assist in organizing promotional events, sponsorships, and advertising initiatives to enhance brand awareness.
Report to Marketing Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
Minimum 2–3 years in marketing or similar role in Hotel industry
Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, CRM systems, and analytics software.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Teamwork
Fluent English
Ability to manage budgets, coordinate cross-functional teams, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
