Night Shift Receptionist/ Nhân Viên Lễ Tân Ca Đêm

Mô tả công việc
- Work 6 to 7 night shifts per month (22:00 - 6:30)
- Welcome guests arriving during the night shift and assist with check in/check out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and handle their requests promptly and courteously
- Monitor room status and update information in the system
- Prepare necessary forms and documents for the morning shift
- Supervise the lobby and public areas during the night shift
- Coordinate with security staff in case of incidents or unusual situations
- Ensure proper locking of doors and control access according to regulations
- Answer phone calls, handle reservation requests, or transfer calls as needed
- Provide complete handover information to the morning shift
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Security, and other relevant departments
- Other tasks assigned by superiors

- 10% monthly bonus on contracted gross salary

Yêu cầu công việc
- High school diploma or higher; degree in hospitality is a plus
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
- Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Neat appearance and punctuality
- Have a strong knowledge about the services in Phu Quoc to provide tourists
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
