- Job Summary
The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to guests throughout their stay. This role ensures all guest interactions are handled with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency, aiming to create memorable experiences and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in/check-out experience
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Proactively engage with guests to understand their preferences and anticipate needs
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution
  • Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.) to fulfill guest requests
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system
  • Upsell hotel services, facilities, and promotions where appropriate
  • Ensure lobby and guest areas are well-presented at all times
  • Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and in-house events
  • Follow hotel standards, policies, and service procedures at all times

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office / Guest Relations (4–5 star hotel preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
