Planning & Organizing:

1. Ability to handle guests complain with confidence and a smile

2. Willing to learn new procedures keep herself or himself updated with the developing recreation world

3. Be on time

4. Be proactive, organised

5. Be enthusiastic , patient with your team

6. To ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).

7. To ensure guest/member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the Recreation's first priority

Operations:

1. A desire to maintain our exceptional Mövenpick Hotel & Resorts Standards

2. Being flexible in the working hours is essential

3. Help Recreation to maintain a healthy working environment

4. Perfect grooming

5. Help his/her team to achieve sales, activity targets through effective implantation of product communication

6. Ensure that effective training of the team building and club house is carried out on a regular basis, to ensure the team building and club house are carried out to our standards

7. Ensure that the club house team are fully trained in their respective activity.

8. Ensure that the Club house operates with adequate stock at all times

9. Ensure that effective preventive maintenance procedures are in place for all equipments

10. Ensure that hygiene and cleaning standards are adhered to

11. Ensure that all operational check lists are in place and effectively followed.

12. Manage by walking around at appropriate times and lead by personal example in terms of guest interaction

13. Keep work area clean and neat at all times.

14. Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all treatments offered.

15. The ability to courteously interact and answer all facility related questions with members and guests.

16. Serve as catalyst to promote recreation services to members and hotel guests.

17. Facility Operations

18. Adherence of departmental Emergency Procedures/Safety Manual.

19. Maintain equipment for protective and rope equipment in safe and sanitary condition.

20. To ensure maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the Recreation and Hotel.

21. Responsible for being trained in all facility operations.

22. To ensure having a complete understanding of, and adhere to, the hotel's policy relating to safety.

23. Responsible for understanding all Recreation departments training in pertinent emergency procedures and ensuring all departments are well versed.

Administrations:

1. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

2. To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.

3. To attend weekly/monthly Aestheticians departmental communication meetings.
