F&B Coordinator (Culinary)

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Chef and Culinary Department.
• Manage daily correspondence, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain filing systems, records, and databases.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure information flow across departments.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and internal communications.
• Support staff administration, including attendance, scheduling, and documentation.
• Organize office supplies and maintain departmental notice boards.
• Assist in staff coordination, training, and general administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and HACCP requirements.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Team player with a positive and reliable attitude.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and HACCP is an advantage.
