AV Manager

• Oversee all AV operations including sound, lighting, projection, and multimedia systems across the resort.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of all AV equipment in outlets, public areas, events, and entertainment venues.
• Manage technical execution for events, shows, conferences, and entertainment programs.
• Lead and supervise the AV team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Events, Entertainment, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of all activities.
• Ensure all music systems, playlists, and background music are aligned with brand standards across venues.
• Oversee stage setup, sound checks, and technical requirements for performers, bands, and guest entertainment.
• Maintain and manage AV inventory, including procurement, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure all AV systems comply with safety standards and operate efficiently.
• Monitor and continuously improve AV quality and guest experience.
• Manage AV support for meetings, conferences, and VIP events.

• Diploma or certification in Audio Visual, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in AV operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong technical knowledge of sound systems, lighting (DMX), mixers (digital/analog), and AV control systems.
• Experience in managing events, entertainment shows, and conference setups.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
