- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue from APAC markets.
- Identify and grow key accounts, including travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and MICE partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular sales trips, client meetings, and participate in trade shows and roadshows within APAC.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, and Reservations teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and revenue targets.
- Maximize room revenue, occupancy, and average rate through effective account management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and client requests.
- Represent the hotel brand professionally in all client interactions and external events.
- Support pre-opening sales activities and brand positioning (if applicable).

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hotel sales, with strong exposure to APAC markets.
- Proven track record in driving revenue and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, distribution channels, and travel trade.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets, and travel frequently.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales performance.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) are an advantage.
