- Oversee daily operations of all A-la-carte restaurants, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experience
- Maintain and enforce brand standards, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Maximize revenue, average check, and overall outlet profitability
- Collaborate with Culinary team on menu planning, pricing, and promotions
- Monitor sales performance, guest feedback, and market trends to drive business strategies
- Control costs including food, beverage, labor, and minimize waste and breakage
- Lead, train, and develop restaurant teams to ensure high performance and service excellence
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower efficiently based on business levels
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution with a professional approach
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency across all outlets
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and action plans to achieve financial and operational targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations

Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role within A-la-carte restaurants in a 4–5 star hotel or resort
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience
- Good financial awareness with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven mindset
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and hygiene practices
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
