Mô tả công việc
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Bell, Concierge, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
- Update guest information and daily reports in the hotel system.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Diploma or higher in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
• Experience in Front Office at hotels/resorts.
• Good communication skills; English proficiency required (additional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS systems.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Service-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
