Assistant Outlet Manager (Room Service)/ Trợ lý Quản lý Dịch vụ phòng

• Support the daily operations of Room Service, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery
• Supervise team performance to maintain service standards, food presentation, and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen and related departments to ensure smooth order preparation and service flow
• Monitor service quality and ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
• Assist in preparing staff schedules and managing manpower based on occupancy and business demand
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in all service areas
• Conduct on-the-job training and support team development to improve service quality
• Assist in handling guest feedback and resolving complaints efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels, requisitions, and minimize wastage in daily operations
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment to reduce loss and damage
• Support in implementing SOPs, policies, and operational standards of the hotel
• Prepare daily reports and assist in administrative tasks as required
• Act as in-charge of the operation during assigned shifts or in the absence of direct supervisor

• Experience in F&B operations, preferably in Room Service or high-volume service environments
• Strong understanding of order flow, service coordination, and delivery standards
• Ability to supervise and support team performance in a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle guest requests and feedback effectively
• Able to work under pressure and manage peak service periods
• Good command of English is an advantage
