Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Sales & Events team in handling client inquiries and preparing proposals
Assist in coordinating event logistics (venue setup, vendors, timelines)
Maintain and update client databases and event records
Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and contracts
Follow up with clients on event details and confirmations
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
