Nhân Viên Pha Chế (Bartender)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve snacks and all the drinks to the customer
• Complete all the task assigned within the end of the shift
• Mix ingredients, drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with hotel standard drink recipes.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
• Anticipate guest’s needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance guest’s satisfaction
• Share guest feedback with your manager or supervisor on duty enabling us to further improve our services
• Ensure guests are recognized and greeted politely and orders requested by the guests are served at the correct temperature within the correct time frame
• Maintain a clean working area by sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc. if required
• Handle and move objects, such as glasses and bottles, using hands and arms, perform physical activities such as lifting and stooping
• Maintain liquor inventory and consumption
• Re stock bar stations and fridges once emptied or at the end of the shift.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Perform other duties as and when assigned by the hotel management

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
