KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage staff to strictly comply with the implementation of checklists. Regularly survey the condition of facilities, equipment and systems throughout the hotel, must always be in a state to ensure operation: Efficiency - Safety - Customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to ensure all technical staff comply with published technical standards and procedures.
• Responsible for organizing and managing the department's human resources.
• Maintain and report equipment and machinery systems accurately.
• Carry out repairs to the living room or public area, kitchen.
• Coordinate with other departments when necessary to provide special services for parties and promotions.
• Ensure the engine room is checked, cleaned and operates stably.
• Responsible for maintaining property safety and rescue, participating in all hotel activities related to fire safety.

• Graduated from College/University with majors in Engineering (Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, M&E...).
• Experience in operating industrial kitchen equipment, laundry systems, swimming pools and central hot water systems
• Know how to use building management software (BMS) and hotel management software to receive repair requests from other departments.
• Flexible working hours by shift, weekends or holidays.
• Having experience working at a high-end hotel or resort is an advantage.
