- To ensure that all recreational facilities and activities operate smoothly, safely, and profitably while maintaining high guest satisfaction, compliance with safety standards, and alignment with hotel brand standards.

Key activities include:

• supervising all recreation outlets and teams including lifeguards, Kids Club, and beach care operations;
• planning and executing guest engagement activities and entertainment programs;
• ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational standards across all recreation facilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, Sports Management, Tourism, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Recreation operations within hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• Required certificates: First Aid & CPR Certification and Lifeguard Certification/Pool Safety Certification/Basic Fire & Safety Training (preferred)
