- Support the Director of Guest Services in managing all Club Lounge operations, events, and guest activities
- Oversee the Club InterContinental Lounge to ensure exceptional experiences for VIPs, IHG Rewards, Ambassador members, and Villa guests
- Lead daily Lounge operations, delivering high-quality food & beverage offerings (breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails)
- Inspire, train, and manage the team to provide personalized, anticipatory service
- Engage with guests, build strong relationships, and ensure memorable, tailored experiences
- Collaborate closely with Kitchen, Bars, and other departments for seamless service delivery
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service quality and satisfaction scores
- Support performance management, training, and staff development (reviews, coaching, succession)
- Assist in managing budgets, costs, inventory, and departmental reporting
- Maintain strong communication and teamwork across all departments

Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality, with strong F&B background
- Minimum 2–3 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and guest engagement
- Experience in Club Lounge or similar high-end environment is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Guest-centric mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead and inspire a service-driven team
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard luxury environment
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
