Banquet Captain (Tổ Trưởng Tổ Phục Vụ Tiệc)

• Assist in supervising the banquet team during daily set-up and service operations
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Banqueting, Rooms, AV, IT systems, decoration, and external vendors) to ensure all event setups follow the Banquet Event Order (BEO)
• Check and prepare all pre-function requirements to ensure readiness prior to event start
• Work closely with the Kitchen team to understand event menus and support smooth service execution
• Support maintaining service standards throughout banquet operations
• Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and courteously, escalating issues to the Banquet Supervisor/Manager when necessary
• Assist in monitoring banquet operating equipment to ensure sufficient par levels for operations
• Support requisition and replacement of banquet items when required
• Attend meetings and training sessions as assigned by management
• Ensure service and storage areas are kept clean, safe, and properly secured
• Follow established quality standards and operational procedures
• Monitor service flow and report any issues or suggest improvements when needed
• Ensure accuracy when completing guest checks before submission
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas on a daily basis

• Diploma in Accounting / Finance

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity

• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and relevant accounting systems
