• I. GENERAL INFORMATION
• Job Title: Senior Tour Operator

• Reporting Directly to: Operations Manager

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate closely with the Sales department to implement tours according to customer requirements and commitments.

Plan, coordinate, and control all services in the tour: hotels, restaurants, transportation, tour guides, entrance tickets, and related services.

Directly contact, work with, and negotiate with service providers to ensure quality, price, and schedule.

Communicate directly with customers and foreign partners throughout the tour (100% in English).

Monitor and supervise service quality, promptly handling any issues that arise to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Proactively handle any unforeseen situations quickly, flexibly, and effectively.

Settle tour accounts immediately after the tour ends.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Fixed salary: 8,000,000 VND/month

Overtime allowance: 3,000,000 VND/month

Lunch/transportation allowance: 50,000 VND/working day (24 working days = 1,200,000 VND)

Performance-based bonus.

 Minimum total fixed income: 12,200,000 VND/month + bonus

Performance will be reviewed after 3 months to consider a salary increase.

2. Payment Method:

Payment by bank transfer or cash

First payment: 5th of each month (fixed salary)

Second payment: 20th of each month (bonus)

3. Probation & Insurance:

Training period: 1 month, receiving 90% of fixed salary and overtime allowance

After 2 months of work, you will be eligible for social insurance, holidays and leave according to state regulations.

IV. WORKING HOURS & REST PERIODS

Office working hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Working 2 Saturdays/month

On duty 2-3 evenings/week as assigned by the Manager

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in operating inbound tours, preferred in the international market.

Excellent spoken English, confident in working directly with foreign clients and partners.

Skills in handling situations quickly and working under pressure.

High sense of responsibility, proactive, and good coordination with related departments.

• Tiếng Anh tốt (nghe, nói, đọc) – là bắt buộc.
• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, giải quyết vấn đề linh hoạt.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên am hiểu thị trường khách Ấn, Philippines và Úc.
