Mô tả công việc
1. Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations across all departments during the shift (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, etc.)
- Ensure service standards are consistently maintained
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities to ensure efficient operations
2. Guest Relations & Issue Handling
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Manage emergency situations (accidents, incidents, overbooking, VIP requests, etc.)
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction at all times
3. Front Office Support
- Supervise check-in and check-out processes
- Assist with VIP guests, groups, and special requests
- Monitor room status and occupancy levels

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good command of English
