Mô tả công việc

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Oversee and administer monthly payroll preparation, attendance records, leave balances, service charge, and employee benefits in coordination with Finance.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission in compliance with hotel policies and Vietnamese labor regulations.
  • Monitor and validate time attendance, overtime, public holidays, annual leave, and other payroll-related data through the HRIS system.
  • Administer social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax, and other statutory benefits in accordance with local regulations.
  • Prepare employment contracts, contract renewals, salary adjustment letters, promotion letters, and other employment-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, manpower cost, and other HR metrics for hotel management and corporate office.
  • Support annual salary review, budgeting, and compensation benchmarking exercises.
  • Ensure all HR administrative processes are compliant with labor law, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Act as HRIS and time attendance system (Cadena) administrator for payroll and employee data management.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment for operational requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment channels and develop relationships with hospitality schools, recruitment agencies, and online job platforms.
  • Conduct interviews for supervisory and line-level positions and support hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation for new hires.
  • Organize and facilitate employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for operational and critical positions.

Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Support employee engagement activities, staff welfare programs, recognition initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide analysis on employee turnover trends and retention opportunities.
  • Assist in handling employee disciplinary procedures and investigations in line with company policies.
  • Coordinate employee activities, celebrations, CSR events, and staff communication programs.
  • Ensure staff notice boards, internal communication platforms, and HR announcements are updated regularly.
  • Support annual performance appraisal processes and HR initiatives as assigned.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure all employee files, contracts, and HR documentation are properly maintained and secured.
  • Coordinate work permit, visa, and temporary residence card processes for expatriate employees where applicable.
  • Support labor inspections, audits, and compliance reviews.
  • Coordinate annual health check-ups and other statutory employee welfare requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all employee and company information.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Ensure work permits and visa requisitions for expat staff are requested, extended, and canceled within the appropriate timeline.
  • Manage the annual physical check-up for Hotel Staff.
  • Manage time effectively by meeting deadlines.

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Ensure wherever possible that employees are provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and victimization.
  • Develop yourself continuously to become a better executive.
  • Understand company rules, regulations, and basic labor laws.
  • Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
  • Coordinate with others to help achieve the company’s goals.

Relationship

  • Report to the Human Resources Manager and work closely with designated Corporate Executives, if applicable.
  • Coordinate with other colleagues to ensure smooth operations and activities.
  • Interact with clients, guests, government officials, suppliers, and key individuals in the community to promote the hotel.
  • Communicate effectively with guests.

Others

  • Engage in continuous learning through your Individual Development Plan (IDP).
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by your superior.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 2 years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Familiar with Cadena HRIS system
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literate.
  • Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
