Human Resources Supervisor (in charge of Recruitmet & Training)

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensure timely hiring, maintain talent pool, and strengthen employer branding.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth probation integration.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs.
• Deliver training programs: soft skills, compliance, and brand standards training.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Support uniform control, HR data, and urgent staffing needs.
• Assist in employee engagement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in recruitment and training, preferably in hospitality, service, or corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of recruitment channels, interviewing techniques, and employer branding.
• Experience in training coordination, onboarding, and employee development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
