Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a hands-on Operation Assistant with heart, someone who truly enjoys serving people and working closely with the team.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operational coordination across departments (bakery, shop, warehouse).
Prepare daily and detailed reports for OM and RM.
Track operational performance and follow up on assigned tasks.
Maintain organized documentation and internal records.
Handle purchasing for shops (coffee, food ingredients, packaging, etc.).
Manage warehouse supply orders and inventory coordination.

Requirements
Previous experience in a small restaurant, FnB, Retail, Hospitality
Good English communication skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
A supportive, hands-on leadership style — willing to work alongside the team.
Responsible, reliable, and looking for long-term stability.
Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment.
