Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a hands-on Internal Accountant with heart, someone who truly enjoys serving people and working closely with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue VAT invoices and adjustment invoices accurately on a daily basis
• Prepare payment requests for Director approval based on internal submissions
• Maintain and organize payment documents (bank transfer records) for tracking and audit purposes
• Collect and manage invoices arising from daily business transactions
• Perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are properly recorded
• Support payroll calculation, social insurance registration, and other HR-related accounting tasks
• Handle internal accounting entries and related administrative processes
• Reconcile customer receivables based on contracts (bi-weekly and monthly)
• Record basic accounting transactions using MISA software
• Provide daily financial data to Kate for reporting

Requirements
Previous experience in a small restaurant, FnB, Retail, Hospitality
Good English communication skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
A supportive, hands-on leadership style — willing to work alongside the team.
Responsible, reliable, and looking for long-term stability.
Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment.
