Mô tả công việc
- Provides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to team members.
- Oversees daily operations of designated outlets and ensures compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
- Plans manpower and schedules according to business demands.
- Manages daily operations of In-Room Dining and Amenities requests.
- Manages operations of Banquet and Event requests.
- Responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and cost control.
- Manage and control operating equipment, utensils, assets, inventories of goods and other items within assigned areas; conduct regular inspections and propose replacement or additional purchases based on operational needs.
- Mentor and guide individual team members’ growth and identify short to long-term goals to ensure high employee engagement and welfare.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- High school education; University Diploma will be an advantage.
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Good working knowledge of POS Micro, MC and Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; other languages are a plus.
